Qualifications for application: You must be a senior in high school planning to attend any higher education program in the following school year (including college, technical, or university) or currently enrolled as a freshman at any of those institutions at the time of the North Franklin County Fair. You must be showing livestock the current year and have shown livestock 2 out of the 3 previous years at North Franklin County Fair. (Livestock areas qualifying are listed in the chart below.) The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to add scholarships if the funds are available.
