Entry Info
  • Each class entry shall consist of one University of Arkansas Lab Analysis and a Visual sample of hay being entered.

  • There will be a $10 charge for each entry to cover lab fees

  • Core samples must be submitted to the Extension Office by no later than July 15, 2025 allowing time to have lab analysis completed.

All exhibitors pick up premium check Tuesday Aug 12 from 4-7pm at the fair building. All checks are void after 90 days. Stop payment fee of $35 will be deducted for any lost checks.
